Many people clean the refrigerator once in a year sometimes never until it gets dirty and full of mold.
Just pour in a sprayer full strength of hydrogen peroxide or vinegar both ingredients are famous for their mold removing properties and spray over the gasket and then wipe that blackened mold with a cloth. Rinse with cold water. Run the cotton swab along the inner creases to be sure the interior gaskets are clean. Rinse with clean water and leave the door open to let the gasket dry.
If mold is on the refrigerator gasket stop it before it becomes a major problem with a few basic cleaning solutions.
