How To Find Your Bra Band Size

Find a measuring tape and stand in front of a mirror.

The band or frame size is the firm circumference fitted not tightly measured directly underneath the breasts. Measure around your body underneath your breasts. Wrap the tape around your body just underneath your bust. The measuring tape should be horizontal to the floor and quite snug.
