A top sirloin petite roast is simply seasoned with pepper and cooked to juicy perfection.
Leave your petite sirloin steak in a 400 degree oven for 3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 130 degrees medium. Generally this should take about 2 to 3 hours but it varies on oven and roast size. Cook until meat thermometer inserted reaches about 140 degrees. Insert ovenproof meat thermometer so tip is centered in the thickest part of beef.
Rub mixture evenly over all surfaces of the roast. Cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees 68 degrees c about 10 minutes.
