Remove the magnet using a horizontal movement. Put some vaseline or other lubricant onto the nose piece for a very temporary fix. Remove the nose pad from the mount. Try to make sure you bend each of the nose pieces together or apart at equal distances to keep the symmetry of your glasses.
Simply use your thumb and finger to adjust the nose pads away from your nose until you find a comfortable fit. While holding the nose pad in place use the magnet to attract the screw head. As you tighten the screw with your screwdriver hold the glasses so the screw head faces upwards. Insert the nose pad into the mount on the frame.
Place the nose pad on its mount on your glasses and align it with the screw hole. According to eyebuydirect simply use your thumbs to push the nose pads closer together. Place the screwdriver gently into the groove and rotate the screwdriver to the left until the screw is loose enough to pull out. Make sure the nose pad lines up with the screw hole.
