How To Cook Quinoa In Pressure Cooker

When the cooking cycle is complete let the pressure naturally release for 7 8 minutes then move the steam release valve to venting position to release any remaining pressure. Carefully open the lid.
Natural release for 8 minutes. Place 1 1 2 cups quinoa in the pressure cooker with 1 3 4 cups vegetable broth. Place the quinoa water and salt in the pressure cooker. Cook for 1 minute at high pressure.
